Concert-Flint Hill Manor Fall Festival; Oct. 28, 2012; 2:00 pm downbeat

There will be plenty of hot food and cold, non-alcoholic drinks for the band and guests.

The full concert band (including invited guest performers) will perform at 2:00 pm (downbeat), Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012. Show time is 1:30 pm. Please park on the curbs and shoulders along Flagpole Lane.

Venue: Flint Hill Manor parking lot, near 10311 Granite Creek Lane, Oakton, VA 22124.   Closest intersection: Flagpole Lane and Granite Creek Lane.

Please bring folding chairs, music stands, and clothespins, etc, for the wind.
There is electrical power for amplifiers (string bass and PA).

Reserved parking spots are available for string bass, percussion and elderly.

Uniform is white band shirt, black slacks, skirts, kilts, and black socks and footwear.  Bring hats and jackets or sweaters in case of chilly weather.

[In case of rainy weather, there is a 20X20 ft tent where the band may set up and perform. The caterers are bringing tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, but if there is rain, the band gets priority for the tent. All others will use umbrellas.]

The occasion will be the Second Annual Fall Festival for owners and residents of Flint   Hill Manor, which consists of 83 townhouses.

If you cannot attend, please let this group know by replying. It makes it easier to schedule subs.
